Way to go on C25K! I just downloaded it. I jumped in at week 4 because that matched my fitness level but it still seems amazing that I will get to 25+ mins of nonstop running.

I thought you looked really pretty today actually 🙂

I'm so proud of you woman. So proud. I can't wait for the details of your 5K in NYC. Too sweet was the story of your visions of finish line tears with Michelle … I was actually tearing a little myself there for you gals.

    So proud of you!!!

Defying Gravity is one of my fave songs, too. My current fave version is from the Glee soundtrack- I think because the storyline that went with it was so good.

Can't wait to hear all about finishing the program and doing the 5K!!!

Oh- and I hit knee probs 2 weeks before my 5K. It was all related to my hip and IT band and how I was running which is why I'm learning how to run from scratch right now and will then do C25K all over again. The foam roller was the best thing I found to help loosen up thighs and hips.

Hi there. I have been following your blog for a short while and I think it is excellent. It is one of the reasons I get out of bed in the morning. Well…that is a bit of an exaggeration…but your blog is excellent.

I have selected you to be one of my fifteen recipients of the Versatile Blogger Award.

Shoot on over here http://www.chalkboarddad.com/2010/07/award-to-hang-on-my-fridge.html to check it out.

I continue to look forward to reading you.

Whoo! Go you 🙂 I still can't believe you did the 30 min because you felt so good after not wanting to run earlier. That rocks. Isn't it amazing how far you've come? (ok, we)

I'm still waiting for the Ravinia post…

Nevermind BHD or make up – you look good!

Good going!!! I have a bad knee that stopped me from running. 🙁

Love your videos! I also wanted to walk during w7d2 but I pushed hard and didn't because I don't think I could run again after a walk break.
