Just went and read the story of how you became a fitness instructor- loved it. It's something that crosses my mind from time to time and knowing that a normal person who isn't obsessed with all things fitness and nutrition took the same feelings and thoughts and experiences… well, it's just awesome.

Thank you for the shout out- much much much appreciated!!!

I started out on the treadmill and almost quit running early on when I first tried to run outside. It was SO different and SO much harder than the treadmill!!! But I kept going and here I am!!

Water- try a slice of cucumber in it. Very clean and mildly sweet!

Great vlog! Can you believe I haven't written a single post dedicated to c25k. Ugh I'm so behind…this work thing keeps getting in the way of my blogging. Maybe tonight.

I also ran w4d1 today and it was challenging. I was afraid of the 5 min run but I took it slow. It was intense. The app was acting up so i was annoyed during my run. Let's hope my iPhone is not messed up from the running with it.

I read Jen's post, she's AMAZING! I don't think I could have done that climb.

I'm so excited for you– You are doing awesome, and between you & Jen, you're slooooooooooooowly getting me motivated to do this. PS: It was so nice to hear your voice! I have missed it!

Oh, wow! You guys are too sweet – all of you. It's nice to find a group of people all challenging themselves and talking about it. It's inspiring!

I think you should vlog more. You're way too cute – I loved when you started bumping your head after you turned up the music, lol!

Thank you for the shoutout xo

Wow, you're doing really great! I love that your goal is to run, not the weight loss aspect, that totally makes it a more doable goal!

I'm inspired to hit my treadmill…after the kids go to bed!

    Have a great day!

You crack me up – and may I say again – you look so skinny in this video 🙂

As for running on the treadmill, it was super easier for me two years ago when I went from outside to inside. Interestingly, when I ran outside this spring after running inside for so long, it was easier to be outside. I'm thinking just the change makes a difference?
