As if my summer plans couldn’t get any better, what with the Blogher conference in New York City and our trip to Munich, oh, and my evening with Michelle and the B-52s which is coming up soon…Kate and Bean are coming to Chicago for a visit! Spending time in the city with a youngster such as the smart, spunky, and adorable Bean is a much different experience from time in the city with teenagers (though just as fun!), and Kate and I have been e-mailing back and forth, trying to figure out how much we can pack in. Bean has her own idea, though, and you can read about it…elsewhere.…

Taking A Break!
NO, it’s not what you think. You can’t get rid of me that easily. The last two weeks have been the busiest two weeks I can remember in my recent life history, from what I can remember, anyway. Yeah, the paranoid commutes back were really fun. Not. Also, I’m a list-maker, and I have made NO LESS than…

I’ve got two posts for you to read today, for the price of one. I know, that price is free. But that only means that you’re getting A LOT for nothing. The catch? You can’t read them here. Calling All Mamas!
One of my most popular posts is being featured on Mamapedia today! Mamapedia is a website where Moms (What about Dads??? “Dadapedia”? Hmm. I’ll get back to you.) can post questions on anything having to do with raising children–ANYTHING–and other moms can answer those questions. They feature bloggers in their section called “Mamapedia Voices”. Click here to read my post; I’m looking forward to contributing some brand, spankin’ new stuff to them very soon!
